Eagle - EG12351B

The Eagle / EG12351B built by Cavco Ocala is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide park model home with 398 square feet on a 35-foot frame. Next to a bath with a tub and shower and a kitchen, a bedroom with a wardrobe and chest takes the left end of this small plan. A dining area with a side bay and a living room with an angled window wall fill the rest, and an optional washer and dryer space is drawn near the entry. This floor plan is part of Cavco Ocala’s Cavco Park Models home line.
