Anthem - The Cumberland Duplex

The Anthem / The Cumberland Duplex built by Cavco Moultrie is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom multi-family duplex home with 1,050 square feet of living space on a 76-foot frame. It matches the Roanoke Duplex in bedroom count, bathroom count, and square footage, running one foot wider at 16 feet. The Cumberland Duplex gives buyers a slightly roomier version of that same layout.
